What are your consultancy fees for non-profit work?

Nothing.

We ask that you cover the costs for raw materials; yearly fees for running a website, or the cost of purchasing physical equipment. We’re offering our advice, professional services (including tech support!), and industry knowledge for free.

In some instances and at our discretion, if you already accept charitable cash donations - and are under tight budget constraints - we will donate the funds required to cover the costs of some (or all!) fees that are not our own.

What’s the catch?

Word of mouth marketing is the best type of advertising tool out there! If you hire us to create any online work, we’d like a little shoutout back to us at the bottom of your website’s page. Something like: “Made in collaboration with HBA Consulting”. We can change the wording to suit you of course, but we’d greatly appreciate the referrals. We’ll spotlight your website on ours too! Reciprocity is fun.

We have some soft limits with our time, but we’ll let you know well in advance if we’re nearing those.

Do you provide assistance in languages other than English?

Yes! Our crew speak Greek and Spanish, in addition to English. If there is popular demand for other languages, we’ll seriously consider interpreters to expand our reach!

What are the costs for creating and managing a website?

While some firms charge monthly fees of $99 or more to design, create, and host your website, we only charge the fees that our hosting provider charges us. This could be as little as $150 a year for a fully-functional, professionally designed website with as much content and features (like a blog, donation option, and newsletter service) as you’d like.

What kind of non-profit or community organisations are eligible?

All United States-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisations (NPOs).

All Australian-based ACNC Registered and DGR1 status nonprofit organisations.

NPOs in other countries can contact us, and we can review your request on a case-by-case basis.

We’re likely to decline any religious-based organisations.
